Announcing Revolutionary Children’s Ministry Solution

We are proud to announce a new Children’s Ministry module for The City. This new capability will help aid the child care check-in process for parents and children, enable families to connect, schedule children’s events and manage children’s volunteers, all within a private, secure online social community.

The Children’s Ministry module completely streamlines the check-in process for parents safely and securely. Parents and church volunteers can keep track of children during church services. Most importantly, it is also part of a system designed later facilitate communication with parents and invite them into a meaningful, contextually relevant faith community.

“It is a great solution that has streamlined our children’s check-in process for parents,” said Trace Pupke, IT Director at Seacoast Church in Mt. Pleasant, S.C. “It provides our children’s ministry with an easy way to communicate to parents what their children learned during Sunday school. It has also provided groups of our parents with an easy way to connect and start building relationships with each other.”

The Children’s Ministry module is especially valuable for introducing first time parents to the church. It automatically creates online affinity groups for parents who are in the same life stage, where they can engage with leaders and each other and discuss parenting tips. This functions within the broader capabilities of The City, which allows church leaders and members to engage with each other and organize throughout the week.

George Velarde, Volunteer & Operations Pastor at Living Stones Church Reno, N.V said, “The City’s check-in process is fast and the ability to easily communicate with parents and invite visitors to become part of our community is incredible. Once again The City has provided something beyond just mere church management.”

Many churches use Church Management Software which focuses on back office administration and management, The City allows church leaders to cover those tasks and it has been designed from the ground up as web-based software the whole church can use to engage with one another.

We are delivering value to the mission of the church by building up relationships and allowing pastors, congregants, and now families with children the opportunity to become part of a faith community.

If you're wondering about pricing, here it is.  The Children’s Ministry module is now available as an optional add-on module for The City. The solution is suitable for churches of all sizes, and pricing starts at just $75 per month for the base subscription and an additional $25 per month for the Children’s Ministry module.
