Whatever the situation, everyone needs a helping hand now and then. Here's an overview of Training and Implementation options for The City customers.

Boot Camp Training Events

Consisting of 1 1/2 days of hands-on training, The City Boot Camps are led by City Launch Consultants and bring together leaders from several churches using The City to discuss key strategies used to successfully integrate The City into your church. This training is perfect whether you’re new to The City or just looking to increase adoption and engagement at your church.

Specialized Webinars

If you have completed the basics and are looking to dive deeper into some of the more advanced features of The City, we offer specialized webinars to highlight features like the Process Manager, Connect groups, and the Children’s Ministry and Giving Modules.

Personalized Consultation - Online, Over the Phone or OnSite

Address your specific training needs with our more personalized consultation options. When you need small doses of training in specific areas, online or phone training can be a cost-effective tool. An hour or two of phone training allows you to receive the answers you need and practice what you've learned. Or, you can request a City launch consultant to train your staff onsite. Onsite, online, or by phone, these consultation options offer help tailored to your specific needs and set at your speed.
